Cynthia Pavamani
Founder, Pick Up Your Bible | RPL Conference Founder and Host
Cynthia has been a follower of Christ for over 30 years and has faithfully served in ministry for more than two decades, including roles in youth ministry, singles ministry, mentoring, and as a deaconess. She is passionate about helping women take personal responsibility for nurturing their relationship with Christ through consistent time in Scripture and prayer.
In 2020, during a season marked by uncertainty, Cynthia founded Pick Up Your Bible in response to widespread fear, calling people back to the unchanging character of God and the truth of His Word. Through her blog and podcast ministry, she invites listeners to engage Scripture with patience, depth, and intentional reflection.
Cynthia also owns and operates an interior design business, where she enjoys creating thoughtful, welcoming spaces that reflect beauty, order, and purpose — values she believes mirror the character of the Creator. Whether designing a home or studying Scripture, she delights in helping bring clarity and intention to what matters most.
She and her family attend Crossroads Bible Church in Bellevue, where her husband serves as an elder. Together, they cherish raising their two teenage daughters and building a Christ-centered home while actively serving in ministry.

Lena has been a follower of Christ since childhood and has faithfully served in outreach ministries throughout her adult life. She serves as a life group leader alongside her husband, who is an elder at Canyon Hills Community Church in Bothell. Together, they regularly open their home to welcome couples for Bible study and fellowship. With a particular heart for mentoring younger women, Lena brings compassion, wisdom, and prayerful insight to her ministry.
In addition to her ministry service, Lena is a licensed engineer and the founder and leader of her consulting firm. Her professional experience has shaped her strengths in organization, strategic planning, and thoughtful leadership — gifts she brings to the planning and execution of the RPL Conference. As Co-Director, she is committed to ensuring that every aspect of RPL is carried out with excellence, integrity, and prayerful intentionality.
Lena and her husband cherish the privilege of raising their three sons, from teenage to college age, encouraging them to love the Lord, serve faithfully, and honor Him in all that they do.
